To delete your Dikidaki account and associated personal data, email us from the address used for your account.

1. Use the subject “Delete my Dikidaki account”.
2. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your sign-in code.
3. The administrator will verify account ownership and confirm when the request has been completed.

The request covers your account, profile and sign-in data, push subscriptions, poll responses, and personal data and files you posted. Shared content may instead have identifying information removed. If any information must be retained, the administrator will explain why and for how long. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
