Dikidaki provides a private class community for adult parents and guardians. The owner can invite members, appoint administrators and close the class. Administrators manage everyday class activity but do not own other members’ personal data.
The €29 website price includes applicable taxes and school-year access for one class through the August 31 date shown before payment, inclusive in Europe/Vilnius time. Payment is taken once through Stripe, with no automatic renewal. The full 30-day trial is kept; paid access continues after the trial or existing paid term. This is not a rolling 12-month subscription. Renewal opens during the final 30 days of paid access. Earlier purchases keep their original paid-through dates.
The €29 school-year plan includes 5 GB of total shared storage for one class. Photos, videos and documents count towards this allowance, including retained files from earlier years. Deleting original files frees space after physical storage cleanup succeeds. No automatic deletion based on file age is enabled.
Storage warnings appear at 80% and 95%. At the storage limit, new uploads pause; text communication, viewing, deletion and export remain available during your access term. Reaching the limit is ordinary usage and does not itself constitute abuse.
Optional extra storage adds 5 GB for €5 per school year including VAT, prorated to the existing paid-through date with a minimum payment of €0.50. The exact price and expiry are shown before payment. It does not extend class access and does not renew automatically. Expiry or a successful refund removes the extra allowance; files are not immediately deleted, but new uploads pause if usage exceeds the remaining capacity. Class expiry and deletion follow the retention terms below.
Automated spam, attacks and deliberate circumvention of technical limits are prohibited. We may restrict affected features proportionately, normally after explaining the issue and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or safety risks may require immediate restriction. Contact support to challenge a restriction. Statutory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may withdraw a purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, even if access has started. Use the withdrawal button in Class billing or contact us with the purchase reference. We record your request immediately and show its status. A pending or failed provider refund is not presented as completed. Refunds return to the original payment method; the bank may take additional time to display them.
A successful refund removes the refunded entitlement while preserving other paid purchases. It does not restart the free trial or delete class data. Closing a class and requesting a refund are separate actions. Other statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Each account can create one class with a 30-day free trial, with no card required. Every additional class requires its own paid plan before use. A trial includes 30 posts, 30 polls, 30 chat threads and 100 MB of storage per class. Reaching any one limit stops new activity until the class upgrades; it does not shorten the trial. Deleting content does not reset the post, poll or chat allowance. Seven days before the trial ends, we warn the owner that the unpaid class and its data will be deleted when all 30 days have elapsed. Existing unpaid trials receive at least seven days' deletion notice when this policy takes effect. After paid access ends, there are 30 days to renew or export before deletion.
Closing a class removes access immediately. We prepare one private JSON copy without uploaded files, then delete the source class data and files without waiting seven days. Members present at closure receive a sign-in-only download link. The copy expires seven days after closure and may be removed sooner to fulfil an erasure request. There is no class-restoration period. Existing scheduled closures keep their original deletion date. The privacy policy explains separately retained records. If preparing the copy fails, we notify members and continue deletion.
Use the service respectfully and share only information you are entitled to share. Access is subject to the community rules. Contact support for service problems, complaints, withdrawal requests or an ownership dispute.
